Biography

Dr. Khan is a highly-regarded and respected member of the Fort Bend Medical Community. He is the Director of Stroke and Neuroscience Department at multiple community hospitals, as well as being a member of the Physician Quality Review Committee and the Medical Executive Committee. He received his medical degree from the King Edward Medical University in Pakistan. He completed his internship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New Jersey and Neurology residency at the University of Nebraska. He has also completed a Neurophysiology and Sleep Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Khan heads a robust and vibrant outpatient practice that keeps him connected with his patients, while his passion for education and academics has also lead him to establish an organization facilitating educational opportunities for students.

Dr. Khan has been appointed as Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology by Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, with the shared goal of shaping and nurturing future physicians.

Dr. Khan is married, with 4 beautiful children. During his free time, he enjoys playing cricket and travelling abroad.
